We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel and the fresh flowers on every floor. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful, and the location was conveniently just a short walk from the railway station. We also enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere in the hallways and the beautiful views of the mountain from our room's window.

We felt very cared for during our stay and have no complaints.

Location: This place is super close to the town center, the stunning mountain, and other attractions. You can walk to the Cucuteni Eneolithic Art Museum in just 4-6 minutes! 🚶‍♂️

The location of the hotel was excellent, with key attractions and restaurants in close proximity. The bar at the top floor had an amazing view. Breakfast was abundant and of good quality.

This hotel is located on the main street in the heart of the city with an incredible view of the mountains. the lobby is grand, and rooms are spacious with functional air conditioners and TV. the staff is friendly, and breakfast is included in the low cost.

The amenities like hairdryer and TV are outdated, and the quality of the Internet is poor.

The room at Grand Hotel Ceahlau was absolutely amazing. The bed was so comfortable, and the air conditioning kept it nice and cool. I loved having a flat-screen TV to unwind with after a long day exploring Piatra Neamt. And the view from the balcony was simply breathtaking!

Personally, I found the wardrobe a bit small for all my belongings. But that's just my opinion, others might still find it sufficient.
